Energy audits for the Wiesbauer Holding AG according to the Austrian energy efficiency law for buildings, process and mobility were conducted. Focus for these energy audits was laid on the identification of optimization measures to increase renewable energy on the one hand and reduce the energy demand on the other hand. Energy saving potentials and dynamic amortisation for the identified measures were calculated, technical descriptions made, and potential public funding possibilities identified. The interaction of processes was shown and possibilities to measure the impact were identified.

Results:
- Optimization potential’s for energy efficiency and renewable energy were shown
- Concrete measures and a realization strategy were defined
- Implementation of the measures including public funding was done afterwards
